Project for OH · Glass Coating Plant Construction & Electrical Upgrade
Located in Ohio, this project covers the construction and electrical system upgrade of a new glass coating manufacturing facility. ZFJ Unified Services Inc. handled the full-scope execution — including steel structure erection, flooring, lighting installation, TPO roofing, and rooftop electrical room construction. All work was completed under strict EHS compliance and tight coordination with production schedules.
Steel Structure Construction
The project began with the assembly of a new steel structure to support the roof-mounted electrical system and process utilities.
High-strength steel columns and beams were installed using safety scaffolding and precision alignment to ensure stability and durability.
Factory Floor Concrete Pouring
After completing the steel framework, large-area concrete pouring was carried out for the factory floor, including reinforcement layout, vibration compaction, and precise leveling.
The process ensures long-term durability and flatness, providing a stable base for future equipment installation and production operations.
Lighting & Power Outlet Installation
High-efficiency LED industrial fixtures and power outlets were installed throughout the production area for sufficient illumination and convenient access.
All circuits were connected through EMT conduits with standardized labeling for safety and maintenance efficiency.
TPO Roof Waterproofing & Insulation
A new TPO roof waterproofing and insulation system was installed to enhance thermal performance and protect the factory from weather exposure.
The high-reflectivity TPO membrane reduces heat absorption, improves energy efficiency, and ensures long-term waterproof durability.
Rooftop Electrical Room Construction
A rooftop electrical control room was constructed above the TPO insulation system to support new production lines and optimize power distribution.
The prefabricated enclosure integrates waterproofing, insulation, and cable routing functions, providing a durable and accessible space for switchgear and control cabinets.
